Welcome to our home!

Hi, I’m so glad you stopped by! Pull up a seat, pour a cup of tea and lets begin the adventure of turning a house into a home.

My husband William and I (Morgan) bought our first house the summer of 2016 and we are working to turn our fixer upper into a home we love. We are both pretty handy and creative so we weren’t fazed by the challenges of the 1960’s bungalow. We ripped up all the carpet on the first floor before we even moved in.

I’ll be sharing progress from our home, but more importantly sharing tips and tutorials so you can also turn your house in to a home you love. We’ll be exploring:

• DIY projects (we’ll be breaking out some power tools! YAY!)
• Home Decorating
• Garden planning and tips
• Entertaining

I’m an event planner by day and a crafter/DIYer by night. I’ll show you the tricks I’ve learned planning events and some handy skills we have learned fixing up our own house. Take a look around at some of the tutorials and leave a comment! I’d love to hear from you and see your own projects.
